Classic Rock Magazine is reporting that Ozzy Osbourne is to release 30th anniversary editions of his first two solo albums, 1980’s Blizzard Of Ozz and Diary Of A Madman (1981).These are both expected to be out later this year.
Unlike the bastardized 2002 versions, they will feature the original contributions from bassist Bob Daisley and drummer Lee Kerslake. The pair had their performances removed eight years ago, and replaced by Robert Trujillo and Mike Bordin, respectively. This followed a law suit issued against Ozzy by Daisley and Kerslake, claiming they were owed considerable sums of money for songwriting credits.
