Blues rock guitar virtuoso Steve Fister will be playing a special holiday show at the world famous Baked Potato club in Studio City, California on December 16th, 2009.Due to his exceptional abilities, Fister has been described as "A brilliant guitarist" by L.A.'s Music Connection and All Music Guide calls him "A talented, versatile guitarist with a love and respect for the instrument's place in several genres". His latest studio album 'Deeper Than The Blues' (2008) ranked #8 in this site's Top 10 Albums of 2008.
In addition to releasing six critically acclaimed solo studio recordings and one live offering, his performing and recording credits include stints with Michael DesBarres and Lita Ford (where he enjoyed a high worldwide profile, as well as serving as band leader and musical director); extended touring with Stu Hamm, winner of Guitar Player magazines' best bassist poll; a North American Tour and CD with guitar legend Pat Travers; and World Tours with John Kay & Steppenwolf.
