Blues Rock Guitar Virtuoso Joe Bonamassa Featured On New Healing Sixes Maxi Single

Indianapolis based hard rock band Healing Sixes are releasing a brand new online digital maxi single "Fine Time," available November 18th, a collaboration with blues rock guitar virtuoso Joe Bonamassa, which is available via the store at the band's official web site.

The track listing for the "Fine Time" Digital Maxi-single is as follows:

1) “Fine Time” (Full Length Version)

2) “Fine Time” (Radio Edit Version)

3) “Tonight Nothing’s Wrong” (from Live at Harby’s DVD)

4) Exclusive interview track with Healing Sixes’ Doug Henthorn

5) Original Artwork

The band consists of Doug Henthorn (vocals, guitar), Eric Saylors (guitar), Wade Parish (drums), and Jeff Stone (bass). Henthorn has a previous association with Bonamassa, having provided the vocals for the guitarist's cover of Led Zeppelin's "Tea For One" on his Billboard Blues Chart topping album, 'You & Me' in 2006. That track also has another Healing Sixes connection, featuring former member Jason Bonham on drums (Now with Led Zeppelin).

After four years in the line-up, Bonham and Healing Sixes went their separate ways, however, “Jason is still a dear friend. It was a real pleasure working with him. He stays in touch and continues to be a supporter of our band,” says Henthorn. Other alumni of the band include bassist Jon E. Gee (current bassist for John Mellencamp, former Ted Nugent).

Known for bold riffs and a warm 70's like hard rock sound reminiscent of Zeppelin and Soundgarden, the quartet also is promoting an unplugged DVD, 'Live at Harby's,' that follows 2007 studio album 'One Less Friend to Ignore'.
