Congratulations are in order for blues rock guitar titan Joe Bonamassa as his new album 'Dust Bowl' has garnered him his highest U.S. chart placing to date.
The Kevin Shirley produced Dust Bowl sold 14,420 copies its first week in stores placing the album at no. 37 on Billboard's Top 200 Chart and at No. 1 on the Billboard Blues Chart (his seventh consecutive album to debut at no. 1) and no. 5 on the Indie Chart.
Bonamassa currently has three titles in the Blues Chart's Top 10. Accompanying "Dust Bowl" is his 2009 live album "Joe Bonamassa: Live From The Royal Albert Hall" at #5 and 2010's studio album "Black Rock" at #8.
