Joe Tull : Ian Anderson Of Jethro Tull Joins Joe Bonamassa Onstage At The Hammersmith Apollo

Last night during a sold out show at London's HMV Hammersmith Apollo, rock legend Ian Anderson of Jethro Tull joined hard rockin' blues guitarist Joe Bonamassa for two songs in front of 5,000 people. The two joined forces on the Tull classics "A New Day Yesterday" and "Locomotive Breath".

Bonamassa covered "A New Day Yesterday" on his debut album of the same name in 2000. The original was originally released on Jethro Tull's 'Stand Up' in 1969. "Locomotive Breath" can be found on the 1971 album 'Aqualung". A detailed review of the show can be found at Altsounds.com. (Photo credit : Christie Goodwin)
