As previously reported The Rolling Stones' Ronnie Wood was arrested on suspicion of assault charges, reportedly with 20 year old girlfriend Ekaterina Ivanova. Now comes word that Ronnie has given her the boot - figuratively speaking this time :The DailyMail.co.uk reports that Wood's ex-wife, Jo Wood, has confirmed that the affair has come to a screeching halt.
Jo Wood said, “He said he has split up with that girl for good. It's over. He won't be going back to her. There's no going back for him, he's adamant about that.”
'We're still speaking and he's been talking with our daughter Leah, too, and told her the same thing.
The 20-year Ivanova is said to be devastated at the break up.
Ronnie Wood was arrested and spent the night in jail after he allegedly dragged the former cocktail waitress by the scruff of her neck during a 30-minute fight.
Since posting bail, the musician has been secluded in his rented mansion that he had shared with Ivanova.
But don’t look for the ex-Faces star to go running back to his former wife.
“Before people ask or assume that we might be getting back together, we're not.” Says Jo Wood. “Absolutely not. I'm very happy being single at the moment and I'm enjoying life.”
Though Ivanova has refused to press charges, Wood still has hearing scheduled in January and criminal charges may yet be laid.
