Drowning On Dry Land With Buddy Guy




One of the undisputed masters of blues guitar, Buddy Guy has been a major inspiration throughout the years to many of rock and blues' greatest guitarists. None other than Jimi Hendrix reportedly even ended numerous shows early in order to catch a gigs by Guy.

Guy’s songs have been covered by Led Zeppelin, Eric Clapton, The Rolling Stones, Stevie Ray Vaughan and others. Here's a fantastic version of Albert King's "Drowning On Dry Land", filmed at Udo Music Festival, Live at Fuji Speedway, Fuji Japan, July 22nd, 2006:
